Corona Fedeal 3T22 Siren Question Answer

I've asked whey does Corona SD have two Federal Signal 3T22's a block apart from each other.
Well, I'll tell you.
Back in the 70' when their old siren was failing to work, they put in a request for a new warning siren they were given a Federal Signal 3T22, buut..somewhere along the order lines a goof was made, they accidentally got a second 3T22 it was either from the County CD or at the factory goofed.
(damn I can't spell this morning) they called the Corona Fire Department and said their order arrived and to come pick it up. When they got there they found that they were getting a second siren and said they didn't order 2, but was told they can't send it back so its yours.

They accepted the second unit and installed both to use both as fire|storm sirens.
They placed one near where the old siren was at, and the second at a block away where their new fire station is located at.
Facts: They don't test the siren during Severe Weather Week
They don't test when the county tests
When a Call comes in they have to press two buttons to activate both sirens.

Thats why there are 2 sirens so close to each other.
