Greetings, everyone. About a year ago, I saw an old Model 2 in Browns Valley, MN. I pretty quickly noticed a few things about it. Firstly, it's painted orange! Secondly, all of it's louvres are spaced evenly apart. I know regular 2s have the louvre closer to the bottom, and I believe Fedelcodes have it closer to the top. However, what about when they're evenly spaced out? Is it Federal Electric, Federal Enterprises... I'm not entirely sure what it is. If anyone could fill me in on this, that would be wonderful!

Image link, because I can't get the file to upload for some reason, and I don't know how to make a hyperlink. https://doc-0c-2o-mymaps.googleusercont ... ife=s16383

I’ve heard of these before, iirc and don’t take this as the truth, i think these were like inbetween the switch from the fedelcode style shroud to the modern shroud. like i said not sure

Like others said above, what you saw is an early Model 2. This design was right after they went away from the Fedelcode housing and long legs. This was the Federal Enterprises era. I have one just like the one you saw.
