Mystery Omni-Directional Siren my Uncle collected

Hi all,
My family came over to my uncle’s house for Christmas. He is a antique picker. When arriving, I noticed a red Omni-directional siren besides his shed. At first I thought this siren was a normal Federal Signal Model 2 until I realized how big it is and other differences I started to see. There is no name plate besides the one on the motor which is almost completely unreadable. My uncle doesn’t have any specific information about the siren. It is slightly above 5 feet tall, it has a 12 port chopper on both sides of the motor, and it seems like it has a three phase motor as it has 3 black wires coming out of it. I tried looking online and can not find any siren that looks like this one.
Any one happen to know what this siren is?

That is indeed a Fedelcode Model 20. Next time you're there, try to take the shroud off of the siren and get a better shot of the internals if possible!

I did attempt to earlier before I left but the shroud is welded to the rest of the outside body.

That doesn't look completely like a Fedelcode though....

Most examples on the internet have 4 total shrouds- 2 on top and 2 on bottom.

Then there's this weird siren that has 5 total shrouds- 3 on top and 2 on bottom.

The mystery siren here doesn't fit into either of those descriptions- it has 2 top shrouds and only 1 bottom shroud.

One of the bottom shrouds definitely seems to be missing. A shroud usually goes above the vent. I think it's a close match

I was told it had been sitting in a warehouse and was never actually installed to their knowledge(the belief was that it was a spare/extra). Looking at my extra photos/videos, there is no obvious line where there was a 4th shroud, and also it would seem like it would limit the space underneath the wiring port(90 degree bend besides the door).
To make things even more confusing, earlier I got a picture from underneath the pallet which unfortunately shown that the rotor is cracked in spots. I shown one of my friends who said that it did not look like a normal Fedelcode/Federal Signal rotor but instead reminded them of a Sterling rotor.

darn, not sure how bad those cracks are but I wouldn't run the siren like that. Wonder if the casting is defective.

That almost reminds me of one of the Weltex sirens with a custom shroud. Across the various model 20 shroud variations I've never seen ones with louvers that look like that. The top and bottom louvers seem to have a much larger lip than most model 20s or classic federal sirens. Compared to a model 20 these louver types seem very different.

what?

weltex sirens are a single rotor - this has 2. Here's a video of a weltex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w--od01El0g
