That siren was originally in service in Grantsburg, WI on their old firehouse. It was mounted on a tower with a Federal Electric Type B underneath it. They built a new firehouse in 2015ish and they replaced it with a 508-128. The Type B and Mobil Directo were listed on the Surplus Auction sometime after. I believe the Mobil Directo sold for $300. Some people then bought it and put it on eBay for a large sum of money if memory serves right. Here is where it was on google maps: https://www.google.com/maps/@45.7773323 ... 328!8i1664

It looks very grand on that little chimney-mount! Are there any more Mobil-directors anywhere outside of Milwaukee? I would request for some locations please :D

Outside of Milwaukee, Mequon has an abandoned one, all others in the state have long been removed.
