Well, I found another Whelen in Port Deposit. This appears to be an OA-1 or an OA-2. I will be visiting this location later to confirm the ID.
This adds to the other 2 Whelens we've found, the OA-2 at Conowingo Park, and the 4004 at the Public Works/Municipal building.

Locations:
OA-2: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.6587571 ... 312!8i6656
OA-1 (new location): https://www.google.com/maps/@39.6194188 ... a=!3m1!1e3
4004 (rotator not working/disabled): https://www.google.com/maps/@39.6062241 ... 312!8i6656 This siren did get a new Type 1 fairly recently, I assume with the install of the new sirens in 2014.

And, as a bonus, I found this article online: https://www.cecildaily.com/news/local_n ... 963f4.html
According to this, the system tests the first Tuesday of the month at 9 AM, so we can add that to the MD testing list.

Update: I went on a field visit and figured out that the "OA-2" at Conowingo Park is actually a 2902, as it has a Type II ESC-2020. The thing at the school is a 2901. That 4004 doesn't rotate because Communications-Electronics (yes, that's their company name) came and put a Type II WITHOUT ROTATION CONTROLS on it. So the rotator hasn't operated since they installed the other 2 Omnis (although their logo isn't on the Conowingo Park siren. That might be individually operated by the dam, but it doesn't go off with the EOWS' or the As.)

Another update: The system apparently doesn't test weekly, so that information from the article was incorrect. It must be the first Tuesday if they haven't stopped testing. I went there today and absolutely nothing happened.
I know I said it did first Tuesday, but the article also said "every Tuesday" so that information confused me. I'll try again in June or July.

Another update:
Found this gem. Apparently, it does rotate, so I guess I was just being dumb and forgot that it resets to a certain position when it stops rotating.
