I've started to hunt for sirens in Czechia and I can't find what model this is if it's even a siren so I'm wondering if any of you know.

I have little knowledge about European sirens and I want to learn more about them.

Nope.
Likely a Soviet siren, like a modified S-40.

This looks like a Siemens L-135 what is got smashed by a storm. (I do not know if this is the 9 port version)

It's most likely a modified MEZ, or some unheard MEZ siren model.

The closest thing i could find is this:

(the image is not mine, it was uploaded on Czech Siren Tech discord server by RubberFoxAshi, and they credited Myckar King)
It's rosenbauer FS8, the pole is the same, the color is the same, mounting is the same. The only thing is the shrouding, its different. But the top "hat" looks damaged, so maybe they had to repair it and made new shrouding.
