Is this a Decot?

So, I was looking through my old siren map (that I mistakenly put a couple of kiddies on. that was a few years ago, I've learned now not to trust certain people) and found a location that said "Decot Siren". The description was "10/15 port, unknown model". And those... untrustworthy... people I added have a tendency to add things that aren't really sirens. So, I was confused by this, because it looks like a real Decot, but I'm not sure if it is. So, is this really a Decot or is it an air vent?
