I found this tower in Petaluma while looking for a hotel for a "Fake" school vacation. Does anyone have any information regarding this tower or if it had a Chrysler on it?

Sadly no, this is not a Chrysler mount. Just an ordinary old water tower. There are some historic pictures of this building if you do a google search though.
