Hello all, I recently acquired a realllly old Model 5 (Federal Enterprises, short housing and all) and I need to take the chopper out, but I don't know how. So I thought I might need a manual. Here's a pic of the chopper if anyone wants to know what it looks like:

I have a Federal Enterprises siren similar to yours. I think you need a threaded gear puller to pull the rotor off. Then it may need to be pressed back on. It looks to be a tight fit with no removable motor shaft key.
A shop that specializes in big electric motors might be able to help. They might've even worked on other sirens.
I've seen a few manuals for the Model 5 and I don't recall any of them covering disassembly in detail, like how to remove the rotor or fastener torque specs.
