In Lucas county, they had a 2001-srn that became inactive and was in need to be replaced. But instead of replacing it, the EMA turned it back on! What is going on???
This is also located near blessed sacrament in Sylvania Ohio

Ema probably arranged for the siren to be repaired and it might be back in service. Swing by on test day and see if it sounds.

It did. It was in a different direction.
