Thunderbolts abandon in various bodies of water? Why?

I was on the "Thunderbolt Siren Still In Existence" Siren map and saw that under the privately owned section that there was two sirens that were just in the water for seemingly no reason. Anyone know anything about this?

It also seems like this one is in some sort of room at the bottom of the ocean but I could be wrong.

As the map's creator and owner I can answer this; they're approximate locations for privately owned units that just so happen to be in bodies of water. The white icon means privately owned units.

Really? But in the description it said that that was the exact location, and that it is in the water.

Damn, I thought it would be so cool if there was actually a bolt at the bottom of the ocean.
