Elkton 2001 SRNB Fast Wail

Well my car engine was not toast as I was told but it was the alternator that was bad, I had it swapped out and Im back in business.
This is a test of the city of Elkton's Federal Signal 2001 SRNB, it replaced a STH-10 and a Darley Champion on the old water tower that was later torn down.
