the closest one i can think of off the top of my head is the Whelen in Woodville, OH. Nearby Gibsonburg, OH has a T-128 that also does one.
Proud owner of 4 Model As(all in a state of disrepair), a USI siren, and a 16-port rotor from a Sterling M-10.

Columbiaville, Michigan does one daily on their Darley STH-10, and that's the closest one I can think of off the top of my head... in Michigan. I'm sure there's a few I'm forgetting.

Oh hey Sam! One good one I know of is The Model 7 at the Woodhaven, MI Fire Department! Here’s a map of the noon sirens in MI! https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit? ... 949262&z=7

Hey, sweet map!
McBain, Michigan does a daily blast of their S5 Screamer at the FD at noon.

Another update to your map. The Ludington, Michigan siren was recently the center of a court case within the county, brought about by a veteran who complained about how often it was going off. I think the settlement was that it would only go off on Saturdays from now on.
