Rochester NY Chrysler Siren

As most people know there is a Chrysler siren on the building at 414 Andrews street in Rochester NY. But apparently there used to be a second Chrysler back in the Cold war days in the city. Does anyone know where that siren used to be located? I was thinking city hall. But I could be wrong! If anyone knows about that, I would love to know!

I'm interested in this too as I'm familiar with the Chrysler siren at the Public Safety building. I'm wondering if the city historian may know anything about it.

I imagine it was either mounted at Monroe Place or the civic center. I wish there were good satellite imagery from the 1950s.
