Unknown siren in Berlin Heights, Ohio

When I drive through here I always looked at this siren but never understood if it was one.
I don't usually type anything on here but its been bugging me.

That looks like a Federal Model B

That's a third generation single headed Federal Electric Type B for sure. Looks almost completely identical to the one in Pepin, WI.
