This is one of only two active Thunderbolt 1000T's left in Hawai'i. It's a single phase model, assumed to be on chopper level 4. It's been fitted with a satellite activation antenna & modem. This siren is located at Kalakaua District Park in Kalihi. The other active Thunderbolt on O'ahu is located in Aiea Heights which I filmed earlier this year. The Aiea Heights Thunderbolt is a 1000AT model set to chopper level 7. Monthly siren test's in Hawai'i are conducted at 11:45 on the first business day of each month. All sirens sound the Alert signal for one minute. Sirens within hazmat range of the Campbell industrial park will sound a one minute Whoop after the Alert test has concluded.

Proud owner of a dog that howls louder than the Modulator next to my house
