here are a few countries that use "American" sirens.
Istanbul, Turkey has a (maybe even a few!) 500 ST-108(s).

Istanbul sirens may be synthesized, as I kind of hear a 9/10 port siren in the background before the 500, but i know that Istanbul does indeed have 500-108(s)
When the 500 in Marshfield, Wisconsin was active it did not have such a slow windup, so you may be right.

500 ST-108 is not a real model number. this misnomer comes from an old Dane County, WI siren document that described where and what model each siren in the county was. almost all if not all of the locations had incorrect model numbers. The creator of the Istanbul video seems to have mistakenly trusted information given to him by either an inaccurate article or a inexperienced child in the youtube comments section. If the single tone siren in that video is even real, it is likely a Selay S-1170, an omnidirectional turkish siren model that is rather common in Istanbul.

There is (or maybe was) a Cyclone somewhere in or near Clydach, Swansea, which is actually quite well known.. Though apparently there's a rumor that it was replaced, but either way regardless if it's gone or not...
I got another example though it may be stretching the definition a bit... Police cars in France usually are equipped with Federal Signal lightbar/siren units... I don't know if that counts or not.

There are systems of Whelens in Denmark and Greenland. All 2800s and one 4008 in Greenland. I can't provide info as I am on mobile, but it is easy to find info through board search

The 4008 is actually in Iceland if i'm not mistaken. Greenland has some smaller omni Whelens and some mechanicals that are likely Danish in origin.
