About the only thing I remember was someone using a Screamer S-10 as a side table. The shrouds were removed, and a glass table top was secured to the shroud studs.

Federal Signal used a Modulator as a table. Cell was split in half and a glass table was bolted on top with it's drivers and throats still attached. Looks like it was made to show off its design as a table. These might not be easy to obtain but this should give you an idea of some sort. Quite similar to what Chicago Siren Hunters said.

I had the same idea, but instead of a mod, it was a STH-10.

Seems it would be easy to put a glass top on a model X or similarly designed siren. Keep in mind, most larger sirens are extremely heavy, and will require extra floor bracing to support for extended periods of time. This can be accomplished fairly easily however, especially if you have a basement where a jack post can be placed below floor joists.

Ive seen a model X used as a table just supported on the base of the motor, with the chopper / stator facing the ground.
