ASC job questions?

Thu Mar 09, 2023 3:27 pm

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there are any jobs at ASC,
I'm looking to find a summer job due to my internship ending soon,
if ASC isn't hiring for any jobs, where should I look?
I know SWS is now somewhat in charge of the sirens in Milwaukee county now,
wouldn't they be down for a job as well?

Tyler, my best advice would be to head down there in person and talk to them directly with resume in hand. I'm sure like any other company right now, are looking for production help. Showing up in person shows initiative. Perhaps get a personal introduction from Tom, Josh, or Connor at SWS, that would be even better.

I know Josh a little and we've met before, though I haven't talked to him about getting a job at SWS,
thank you for giving me this idea, I haven't thought about that yet.

Perhaps a job at SWS is a possibility. I guess I meant more talk to them about getting you into ASC, as they work closely with everyone there at that company. The best jobs I've ever gotten were through personal contacts and references, and getting in to talk to the men in charge, bypassing all the HR bull****.

Let us know how it goes!

Tom with SWS here, I know ASC is currently looking for more staff in the production area. They are looking for full-time, but possibly part-time as well. We are not currently looking for any more workers at SWS, but that could soon change. I do also believe that ASC needs you to be 18 to get hired, but I could be wrong. Let me know if you have any more questions, or if you are interested in getting a job at ASC I can get you in contact with the person in charge of hiring.

Bumping/replying to this, that's understandable, I've just got a job at an ice cream shop near downtown MKE, but I'm thinking next summer if SWS will be hiring, send me an email if that is the case.
I don't think I can do it this year, which is all good.
