There used to be a forum member here from that town that mentioned that siren frequently. Maybe he snagged it!

The person who got it does not belong to the board. They're one of the editors for my XT22 map.

Yea, I friend of mine got it. His YT is "IowanTornadoSirenKid1". I don't know if he's posted any videos on it yet though.
