I may be wrong, but I think there may also be a Thunderbolt in the foreground at 29:00 where it shows a missile launching.
A British siren enthusiast. Previously lived at the furthest point from any sirens before co-discovering one very close to where he is located. Also features a great discomfort referring to themselves in third-person.

There indeed is. Looks like a 1000/T. Also, I like how they dubbed Britain's air raid siren for the Super Sirex.

why is it under the rocket instead of in the viewing area or by the blockhouses?

It's not directly under. I wish I could find the footage otherwise, but it's actually quite a bit closer to the camera than the missle. You can see it again at 29:12
