The Siren Board

Hello, I am not sure if this has been posted yet but I do remember faintly seeing this mystery being uncovered online. I forgot where I saw it, I thought I would shoot my shot here. Any information would be appreciated.

Looks like a Fedelcode with a weird housing to me. It wouldn't be the first Fedelcode with a goofy spacing between the rainshield and skirt.
