That's not a hornless 2T22. That's a naked Soundmaster. Look at the base/struts on the top. Clear as day.

That's a Soundmaster 115 missing it's shrouds. There's a couple hidden around Tennessee, including one mounted horizontally on a platform in Henry, TN at the fire department. I should also add the one posted above got replaced with a Sentry just this year. Pretty sure Jeb has it now.
