Anyone run into these sirens?

I was scanning thru a JcWhitney catalog and saw that they sell some small 12 volt mechanical car sirens made by Wolo. Anyone seen or heard them?

I own two (one that works). They don't sound that hot at all to me. Very cheesy windup and wind-down.

I haven't ordered anything from J.C. Whitney since about 1990. Their catalog descriptions were inaccurate and you get what you pay for.
