Where is the Welland canal Model 2?

It is on top of a cement building that is just beside the water. It is very difficult to see unless you know it’s there.

Bump and a late update!! This is the same city as the one with the yellow CLM. Our local news paper did a story on the plaque and siren. The plaque will be replace at the expense of the manufacturer. It was not a city mistake.
