NYC is in DIRE need of a siren system. They may not have a risk of tornados but so many other disasters can hit the city.

Sirens wouldn't be useful because of the buildings surrounding it, meaning that many sirens would have to be installed per mile or even less to be effective

You can barely see a chopper... chopper.png Could just be shadows, I really can't tell if its a chopper, and in almost every siren the motor would be on the bottom of the chopper.
