I would also like to bump the topic because I found the location of the 5020B in the search location on the every Federal Signal Electronic Siren map.

The Modulator 5020B is at 32.53264, -95.86548.

A quick Google Images search takes it to the San-Ramon fire department.

The new 2001-130 in Centralia, MO is at 39.21447, -92.14238 . The 2001 at LaCrosse Lumber Co isn't there anymore aswell; likely the new 2001-130 was the one at LaCrosse.
