Just use some standard headphone style hearing protection or you can use some noise cancelling headphones like AirPods Pros. ATI sirens, at least from the limited documentation I've seen, are little more than Raspberry Pis (or something equivalent) mated to an amplifier board. Its little wonder so many of them just play things back.

This is a slight deviation from the original question, but what I’ve heard people saying that sirens such as the Cyclone have been reverse-wired too, so what do they mean by that?
