If anyone is near Harrison (Hamilton co), maybe they could get a growl test of the Excel T-128. I think it deserves more attention, since it is a pretty old siren.

Welcome to this new forum! Now, living in Hamilton County, I have mostly heard T-128s. But the worst one I've heard is the Excel T-128. It has a lower pitch, and it also wavers. It's also not very good looking, as it is so old I've starting seeing patches of rust on it! But even so, it sounds good t...

This P-10 Harrison, Ohio was really low compared to the T-128.

I love the ASC Electric sirens, but the E-Class is probably the worst looking out of them. It looks like a mini 2001 at some angels. The 508 is also not very good looking, it needs a cover like the T-128/135

I know of a 1003 and 2001 setup in Moores Hill, IN on Manchester Road. I pass it whenever I'm going to my dad's friend's house.

Does anyone know why the EOWS 1212 by Crosby Elementary is still standing, despite having a T-128 on the road behind it?
