I'm not sure that there are any graveyards around california. The closest ones are Goddard Enterprises in Oklahoma & Grain Valley in Montana, but they're still very far away. There is a closer but small graveyard in Arizona, but it's almost only Thunderbolts and some SD-10s in a jumbled mess. H...

I think that's just a vent for the building. If it is a Screamer, it would have to be very heavily modified, but I'm still pointing towards vent.

The Minnesota siren map says that it's an Erick. A heavily modified one at that, but you can kind of tell it is one by the housing.

Getting scrapped is basically when they take the siren apart, and throw most or all of it away. Sometimes the parts are used for other sirens, or can be sold depending on how rare a part is.
