I cannot remember exactly what the AR timer is or how it works, but I think the Attack signal is run in a similar way to the Venner Autowailers used on most British sirens... I can't remember if this is the AR timer I've thinking about, but there's definitely a type of American controller which use...

I wanted to know how ar timers (and maybe other companies siren controllers) work, I am very curious about how the “attack” works. Feel free to give pictures!
(I would rather not look at the manuals.)
