Only reason I'd question the siren coming from Fresno- of the dozen or so SD-10 sirens I've seen in Fresno, all were the older style with screen over the stator. I never saw any with the solid sheet metal band...not to say there weren't any though.
Is it single phase or 3 phase? Single phase will have 2 main wires coming out from motor. 3 phase will have 3 main wires coming out, but they are formed from 9 lead wires coming out of the motor and joined together depending on high or low voltage.
