Why would you go with the idea of putting speakers up to mimic a siren? That's like San Francisco and their ATI's.

Warren County Oh: Alert for tornado warnings. Alert or attack is used for chemical disasters.

I know this was on the board before, but BSA camp Friedlander in Loveland has a great sounding model 5. I have pictures of it.
