I do agree that sirens do play a key role in an outdoor warning system. A person could be visiting that place for a trip and possibly does not know the weather and has their phone away from them. Or they do not have a NOAA Weather radio with them. Then who would know if there were no sirens? I mean,...

Hmmmmm. The 508 that was installed in Spring 2013 has had lots of rotator problems but I think it is good now. The other 508 on the southside of La Crosse was installed in 2015 and it has had no problems at all. Interesting how that 2001 has that problem.

The STH-10 in Galesville WI has been replaced by an Eclipse 8. The siren now sits disconnected in place.
