Nope, they are Decots. Quoting Ian from here That bigger siren on the side of the building is indeed a Decot, and is one of only two of that style that I've seen still around. The housing is just like the ones in this old photo from the Seattle Municipal Archives, especially like the one on the rig...

I know theres a pole mounted gas MD somewhere in S. L.A. that someone showed me one time. I'll try and find it. EDIT: Here it is!
