Re: Franklin County, Ohio Siren Discussion

Also, Tuba, do you happen to have saved that Snapchat story of Madison County's Whelens going off in wail or where exactly in the county it was recorded? I tried looking on both Snapchat and YouTube but couldn't find anything. Are you sure those weren't Dublin's? Ah I knew I was missing something! ...

Re: Franklin County, Ohio Siren Discussion

Not Franklin County, but Madison (One country westward) A tornado was recently issued for the southeastern portion of the county and I found a snapchat story that showed their whelens going off in wail. I understand Madison County isn’t well documented, so I’d thought I should slip this in if anyone...

Re: Franklin County, Ohio Siren Discussion

Also, I have a suspicion that the 2805 located at Homestead Metro Park may be controlled by and tested with Franklin County now instead of Dublin. In a video of the 2805 at Amlin United Methodist Church off of Cosgray Road, as well as my video of the 2905 near the Churchman Road and Rings Road roun...

Re: Franklin County, Ohio Siren Discussion

Although this is a small tidbit of information, it is new as far as I am aware. Previously Dublin has said to operate only 29 sirens (via their website), but I have now located a 30th siren near Glacier Ridge elementary now making it the farthest north of any Dublin siren. According to Google earth,...

Re: Franklin County, Ohio Siren Discussion

9-7-20 Tornado Warning: Dublin Sirens went off twice. Shortly after the first Franklin County warning was issued, they fired off about 10 seconds of air horn (likely a mistake XD). It took them until 10 minutes after the warning was issued for the sirens to go off (at least in their legitimate wail ...

Re: Franklin County, Ohio Siren Discussion

https://youtu.be/wlVBsgQUH8M Here it is. I don’t know, I guess I won’t speculate anymore than this until the EMA says anything or another warning comes around. It just seemed to lack structure behind it, and as you mentioned, nothing is normal with the pandemic, even the sirens😂😂 In regards to that ...

Re: Franklin County, Ohio Siren Discussion

Interesting. I had presumed the 4 sirens in London had always been 2909’s as they are somewhat recent. Anyways, here it is. After looking through this video, I’m not sure Franklin County knew what they were doing. Take a look for yourself and try to get a pattern out of this. Dublin was solid as usu...
