Yes, that’s a Scream-Master, San Diego’s civil defense system isn’t well known as stated in the first comment, the only other siren i’ve seen there was an STL-10

Do you know where the STL-10 is located?

As far as I know there are no pictures of it, if I am ever in the area ill grab some. Its a very interesting and preserved unit
