St Joseph Michigan had some Hurricanes. I think around 14. Here is one of the units getting installed.

Seeing how close St Joseph is to the Donald C Cook plant, I'd say this siren was part of the Cook Nuclear system which had Banshees, p-10/15s, and aca hurricanes.
