Yes, Alaska has a system very close to Washington State's AHAB system which is basically a chain of Modulator sirens alongside the coastlines.

Umatilla in Oregon had a lot of failures with it's Whelen system during 1994-2001. Post-2001, they had some ghost-activations but that's about it.
