Re: Sirens right next to interstate highways

I know these aren't necessarily the middle of nowhere, but it's the best I know of for my area. Model 5/7 in Flintstone, MD from I-68: https://goo.gl/maps/5jyuMhDecNv9bPFD7 Sentry 3V8H or 7V8 in Burnsville, WV from I-79: https://goo.gl/maps/raJd1jZTZDQcTmsHA ACA Screamer in Reynolds Store, VA from U...

Re: Post Your Siren Maps Here!

If anyone knows one of the editors of the New York state siren map, I have a revision. The mystery siren in Danby, NY is an STL-10.

Re: Post Your Siren Maps Here!

I have made a siren map of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia (and vicinity, since there's some cool rare sirens right across the state line). It would be awesome to expand it to the whole state, so if there's any other West Virginians here, let me know! I used the same color coding as the Penn...

Re: Post your Mystery Sirens here.

I found this siren in Moorefield, West Virginia. It has rectangular horns and what looks like the conical top of a Model 5/7. https://goo.gl/maps/R3VZvmcARFTUc5YRA Yeah, I think it’s just a customized Model 5. Thanks and interesting. Nearby Slanesville, WV has a FS STH-10 with a Model 5/7 cone hood...

Re: Virginia Statewide Tornado Drill Tomorrow

Wow I wish I had been on this forum two months earlier, haha. I live right across the state line in WV and would like to catch the ACA Screamer at Reynolds Store VFD or whatever the old thing is at Gainesboro VFD (looks like a Sterling M-10, maybe).
