Had to go out and get my car washed today, so I decided to swing by a siren to get a recording of today's test. Was thinking of going for one of the Model 2s in the system, but woke-up rather late, so I just raced out to this guy instead. Turns out he has a broken rotator (and admittedly might've had one for a few years now, don't believe I've ever seen this thing facing any direction other than north), so I've gone ahead and reported it to the EMA so they can get it fixed.

Believe two other 2001s can be heard in this video as well: the 2001-AC at Fire Station 9 (just after this one begins to wind-down, it seems) and the 2001-SRN at Jones Valley Elementary School (the siren heard winding down well after this one does).

Madison County, AL tests on the 1st Wednesday of every month at noon, weather permitting. If the test isn't able to be conducted on the 1st Wednesday, it's then delayed to the 2nd Wednesday of the month at noon, weather permitting.
