new siren system for ft hood tx

ft hood tx has just begun installing federal modulator sirens on the base. they currently have five installed but by the time it is said and done, they will have around 25 or so on the base which covers a very large area. killeen tx which is right next door to the base plans on installing a system too. just don't kno what kind yet. they were running 3t22s for a long time.
