Changes to [youtube] BBCode

Hello all,

We had a user in the "User Feedback" forum who recently could not watch YouTube videos that were embedded in a users post because of his screen reader. As an attempt to solving this issue, the raw YouTube link will be listed underneath the video player and will open in a new tab/window (for people using the [youtube] BBCode).

This should not cause an inconvenience to anyone using this forum normally.
