Sentry 10V attack ambiance, Newport News, VA, 11/01/13

I filmed an ambiance of this siren in July. I said at the time that I'd re-record it in a better spot to try to eliminate the traffic noise. I succeeded at that, but I had a few other problems this time. It's still good enough to post in my opinion, though. :wink:

They test on the first working Friday of the month around 10:30 AM for anywhere between 30 seconds and 3 minutes.

Sounds like they may be running that siren on 480V instead of 240V, due to the faster than usual wind-up.

This sounds JUST like Old Forge, NY's 10V with the wicked fast wind up. Really awesome recording!
