not sure what this is I think it is either a Federal Model B or a dual-headed MARS. It is on the Cedartown fire department

I agree with Brendan. That's all but identical to the Little Giants I've seen.

It is larger than a little giant. I thought it was a mars because when I typed mars siren into Google this came up

Then you should maybe post the picture instead of telling us about it. If it looks like the gray one you mentioned, it's a Federal Type B. Another member on this board owns one.
