Over the weekend we installed a third Thunderbolt (1000T) behind Keadle Lumber, on the outskirts of Thomaston. Here are some pics taken by me, Ian, and Justin of the installation. Things went smoothly, and if it hadn't rained all day Sunday we could have finished the siren up the following day. We are getting faster with installing them. With a four man crew we managed to get everything up, including the blower platform and the blower in one day. All that's left is to wire everything up and install the radio.
First off, the pole (55ft class II) which I moved to the site earlier that week.
The only two pictures I took during the entire day. Phone stayed in the derrick truck most of the time.
Ian wiring up the siren
Here are the pictures Ian took:
Yours truly climbing the stairway to heaven
Me getting ready to couple the blower standpipe together. 4M blowers make great chairs
Looking up the pole at the end of the day
Finally a picture Justin took of us standing up the pole. May or may not display correctly since the computers at work are being stupid this morning:
I know Ian and Justin both took a lot more pictures than what's been posted, so maybe they will add their photos to this thread.
