I sorta believe it if its a dual rotor siren. Its just that it looks a bit too small to be 20hp too... hmm...
Personally I have never seen documentation referring to these as the “Model 20”, I think that was just something sparked a long time ago. Has anyone gotten to look at the ID tag for one before?
Side note: here’s a theory developed by Chris Brewington (OP)
He suspects that these dual rotor Fedelcode’s have one motor that can run in either direction. This in turn will only run one chopper at a time because of some sort of clutch system. This ma be why we never hear them with both tones operating
