It does look like something is dual headed. What building is this siren located at? We could probably do a quick search for pictures of the building.

It's not tagged on google maps but it's by the labolt mini mall.

Thanks for helping out I have been wondering what it is since no South Dakota siren map has that as a actual siren model just usually says unknown.
