In order:
I think there's one audible around halfway in? I heard something Cyclone-esk somewhere in the video.

It's allowed, I don't think people really frown upon it. At least I don't.
I didn’t hear the cyclone I think but I head it in another video
It's really faint. Go to around 12:15, you might need to turn your volume way up to hear it.
Yes! I hear it! I’ll have to expand my research into what they had in their systems across Riyadh

At somewhere around 9:30, there's definitely something electromechanical that winds up that sounds like a 12 port siren. Does anyone have info on any companies that sent 12 port sirens to Saudi Arabia during or prior to the 90s?
I'm definitely sure they had Cyclones, and there was a video of them somewhere around here. Excuse me if I'm wrong, but I think they were coded.
That purchase is what caused ACA to go bankrupt- Saudi Arabia never paid for the sirens.

How big of a purchase was it exactly? Had to have been huge if it was a big enough purchase (or a final blow at least, though I'm no expert on how ACA was doing fianancially) to bankrupt them.

The "1991 ACA Identity Crisis" topic has that info :)

Looking at a different topic here, there were something around 100+ ACA sirens in Riyadh (or Saudi Arabia) so I guess it may have been a beefy order large enough to knock them out.

I’m sure most have been replaced or scrapped but do you think any still stand or at least exist today?

They purchased 200 cyclones.

Someone out there may have info and/or pictures of sirens still standing but I don't know personally or know anyone who has anything.

Slight bump after about a week, but my friend sent me a video on Discord just now with a missile being launched, then another missile blowing up midair and hitting the ground with a Cyclone doing a steady pulsed signal and an electronic siren or two doing wail in the background of both clips. I have no idea if it's been posted on the board already but if it hasn't, someone let me know and I'll post it here.
