Branchville FD has a pole mounted FS Model 5 at the old station (that's now demolished, just to the north of the current station)

Big Island VFD has a small mystery siren

Wagstaff Circle VFD has an FS Model 5

Poquoson Station 1 formerly had a HOR

Colonial Beach FD has a Fedelcode Model 5

Unconfirmed, but Oak Grove VFD probably has a siren in the cupula

Thanks for the locations!

EDIT : I forgot to mention of some updates onto the map!

I found out the Whelen WPS-3016s located in Brukesville and Crewe are used as jailbreak sirens for the Nottoway Correctional Center. As an addition to these sirens, another 3016 has been found at the Nottoway Correctional Center as well.

I have partially mapped out a few campus systems around the state. I am missing 5 sirens for the VA Tech - Blacksburg Campus, any help on the findings of the sirens would be greatly appreciated!

In all, thanks to everyone's contributions! I certainly delighted that this map is moving forwards!

Got the location for Stuart. I won't be marking the STL-10 unless if the owner permits.

Read this so you can change the names of the Sterling horizontals.

Thanks for the thread! I had a misconception of certain Sterling sirens for quite some time. I believe I fixed the names; however, if I had improperly branded it and/or named it, please point it out.

The "5T" in Galax is a 7T. 5Ts were smaller and looked like the siren in this video.

The Model 2 in Winchester is a Federal Enterprises (1950's) unit, not a Federal Signal unit.

Well I've learned something new! I worked only a couple blocks away from it for a few summers and thought it was a usual FS Model 2.

The map is looking nice so far. Only thing I noticed that's missing is Star Tannery's Sterling siren.
Architecture preservationist. I enjoy obscure history and mapping things, and grew up around sirens. Not planning to own one.
